What a session we had last week to kick-off the pre-season, let’s continue to build the momentum into the Australia Cup which is only a few short weeks away!

Pre-season training details are as follows:

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 7:00 to 8:30 p.m
Venue: Ferrie Oval, Elizabeth St, Kooyong
Footwear: Flat shoes only to be worn
Dates: January to March 2023
